About this policy

Resonant Publisher is a desktop application currently in development, operated under the Jai The Poet name. Contact justjaithepoet@gmail.com for privacy questions. This policy describes the current local build and the Publisher website. It will be updated before features that change data processing are enabled.

Information stored on your computer

Publisher stores the workspace you create: brand names, profile links, account identifiers and names, release titles and descriptions, rights notes, media file paths and technical metadata, thumbnails, schedules, approvals, remote upload identifiers and status, and activity records. Source media remains at the location you select. Derived media and workspace records are stored locally. Exports and backups may include private paths, content and account information.

Connected accounts and credentials

Connecting an account involves the provider's authorization or verification flow. Publisher receives account identifiers, display names and granted permissions. Saved access and refresh tokens are placed in the operating system credential store, using Windows Credential Manager on Windows, rather than in the workspace database or release JSON exports. Developer configuration files that you supply remain sensitive files under your control. Keep them and your backups private.

When information goes to a platform

Publisher contacts Google/YouTube, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, X or TikTok when you initiate authorization, verify an account, or use an implemented remote operation. An authorized YouTube upload sends the selected video and metadata to YouTube. Provider requests also disclose ordinary network information, including your IP address, to the receiving service. The providers handle that information under their own policies. Facebook, Instagram and X account verification is implemented; their publishing workers are not yet available. An owner-provided TikTok developer sandbox connection reads your account identifier and username after browser consent. The sandbox client secret, access token and refresh token are saved in the operating system credential store after you confirm the account. TikTok media upload and posting are not implemented.

Local processing and future features

The current application has no Publisher-hosted user database, advertising SDK or routine usage analytics pipeline. The operator does not automatically receive your workspace or media. The current build does not send media, transcripts or platform account data to a cloud AI service or use them for AI training. If optional AI or other remote features are introduced, their providers, data flows and controls will be described before they are enabled.

Purpose and sharing

Information is used to organize your workspace, confirm the selected account, carry out operations you authorize, and record their results. The current application does not sell workspace information or send it to advertising services. Your selected social platforms receive information needed for the requests you initiate. If you voluntarily send information to support, the operator receives that material to respond and resolve the issue; send only what is needed and omit tokens and passwords.

Support and this website

Email sent to justjaithepoet@gmail.com is handled through Google's Gmail service and may include the address, message and attachments you provide. The Publisher website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes network request information, including IP addresses, to serve and protect the website under its own privacy and service terms. These website files contain no analytics scripts, advertising trackers, forms or cookie-setting code. If additional analytics, forms or tracking are enabled later, this policy will be updated to describe them.

Retention and removal

Local workspace records remain until you remove them. The current build has no complete workspace erasure command. Disconnecting an account removes its locally saved credentials but does not erase historical workspace records, exports, backups, media or content already uploaded. Revoke the app's access separately in the provider's connected-app settings. To remove local workspace data, close the app and remove the relevant workspace files and any copies you no longer need. Removing local files does not delete remote posts. Support correspondence is kept only as needed to handle the request and any applicable obligations.

Your choices and requests

You choose which files and accounts to connect and whether to authorize an upload. You may stop using Publisher, disconnect accounts, revoke platform grants, export releases and manage your local files. Contact justjaithepoet@gmail.com about information you have sent to the operator, including access, correction or deletion requests. Rights and available remedies depend on applicable law. The operator cannot erase records that remain solely on your device or control a platform's independent records.

Security and age requirements

Publisher uses the operating system credential store and HTTPS for supported provider requests. Local browser authorization callbacks stay on the computer. Protect the device, operating system account, configuration files and backups; no storage or transmission method can guarantee complete security. Publisher is not directed to children under 13. Users must also meet their connected platforms' age and account requirements.

Changes

This policy shows its effective or revised date. Changes to processing will be reflected here and communicated through the application or official website as appropriate. Planned integrations are not represented as already available.
