Operator and scope
Resonant Publisher is a desktop application in development, operated under the Jai The Poet name. Contact justjaithepoet@gmail.com for support or questions. These terms concern use of Publisher. Connected platforms apply their own terms separately. Access to development builds is by invitation and subject to any accompanying testing conditions or software license. No public installer or distribution license is offered through this website.
Current capabilities
Publisher organizes local media and release information, prepares local clips and YouTube packages, records approvals, and supports tested private YouTube uploading. Facebook, Instagram and X account verification is available in the current build; publishing to those platforms is not yet implemented. Read-only TikTok profile authorization is available for an owner-provided developer sandbox; TikTok publishing is not implemented. Cloud AI processing and unattended campaign publishing are planned rather than available. A saved profile link is not an authorized connection, and a verified account is not proof of publishing capability.
Accounts and authorization
Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Confirm the returned account identity before saving authorization. You are responsible for keeping your computer and credentials secure, maintaining any required permissions and reviewing the provider's consent screen. An approval or connection can expire or be revoked.
Your content and rights
You retain rights in your content. Choosing an operation authorizes the processing and transmission necessary to perform that operation; it does not transfer ownership to the operator. You must have the rights and permissions needed for media, music, artwork, likenesses and any client material you use. Provide required credits, disclosures, audience settings and other publication information.
Reviewing and publishing
Review the actual destination account, media, copy, rights information, privacy setting and timing before approval. A queued operation, approval or upload attempt is not confirmation that a post was published. Check the recorded result and the destination platform. The current YouTube workflow uses private uploads; public timing is selected separately in YouTube Studio. Any future automated workflow will require its own defined controls and authorization.
Third-party services and costs
Connected platforms apply their own terms, permissions, limits, fees and approval requirements. Access and behavior can change independently of Publisher. You are responsible for your own platform accounts and any charges you separately authorize. The current build has no Publisher subscription checkout. Connecting an account does not guarantee continued access, platform approval, reach or monetization.
Acceptable use
Use Publisher lawfully and within your authority. Do not use it to impersonate another person, misuse credentials, publish content without required rights, evade platform controls, or conduct prohibited spam or abusive activity. Follow the requirements of the service receiving each request.
Local files and backups
Keep independent backups of important media and workspace data. Changes to source paths, file contents, permissions or credentials can affect later operations. Exports and backups may reveal private information; review them before sharing. Publisher is not a substitute for your media archive.
Development status and reliability
This development build may contain defects, incomplete features and interrupted operations. Verify results and report problems before relying on a feature. No specific availability, posting time, publication outcome or platform approval is promised. These terms do not exclude rights or protections that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Stopping use and changes
You may stop using the app, disconnect local credentials and revoke provider grants. These steps do not automatically delete local history, backups or remote content. See the Privacy Policy for data handling. Features and terms may change as development continues; material changes should be presented before new processing or permissions are enabled.
